We are looking for a talented Senior Web and Graphic Designer with 4+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and creating engaging visuals for web pages, social media creatives, marketing collaterals, and other digital media. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for video editing and creating compelling video content for our brand. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute creative solutions to drive engagement and brand awareness.
We have a flexible remote work policy in India. Work from the beautiful beaches of Goa or your ancestral village, we are all good as long as you have a good internet connection, appropriate device/s and a stable power supply.
- Design and create visually appealing web pages, social media creatives, and marketing collaterals, marketing videos that align with our brand and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the requirements and develop creative solutions to meet their needs.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
- Ensure that all designs are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.
- Create compelling & professional video content for our brand, including conceptualizing, editing, and post-production.
- Create videos with illustrations and animations that explain concepts to our audience.
- Communicate design ideas and strategies effectively to the team.
Qualifications & Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field would be an advantage.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer and video editor with a strong portfolio of work.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Familiarity with web design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills, good English grammar, and the ability to collaborate with the team.
