Job Description

The Opportunity:

We, at Flywire, are seeking a Senior Workday HCM Reporting Analyst. We believe that people are our greatest asset. Working as part of the Global People Team, this individual will be tasked with supporting our People & Business Leadership with 3D (Data-Driven-Decision) storytelling & outcomes.  Key responsibilities include responding to reporting requests, maintaining data integrity, troubleshooting issues, documenting processes, and supporting major People Team cycles like performance management. The role will lean on your strong Workday reporting skills including Prism Analystics as well as knowledge of People Team data sets,  processes, analytical abilities, and effective communication with stakeholders to provide actionable data insights.

Here are some tasks this individual will be expected to perform:

Key Responsibilities

  • Report Development: Design, build, and maintain custom Workday reports, dashboards, discovery boards, and calculated fields. Ability to pull data sets from outside of the Workday environment leveraging Workday Prism Analytics.
  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity through routine audits, validation, and efficient data collection and storage.
  • Stakeholder Support: Respond to reporting requests from People teams, business users, and leadership within established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve issues related to report functionality, access, and delivery to maintain accurate reporting.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for report specifications, run instructions, and reporting governance processes.
  • People Process Support: Provide reporting support during key People processes, such as performance management, talent acquisition, and mass data loads.
  • Technical Skills: Build and maintain EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders) for data imports and exports.
  • Dashboarding & Presentation:  Ability to compile data into easy to read & understand dashboards & presentations (Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Google Slides).

Qualifications

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong Workday experience and HRIS knowledge
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Bachelor’s in HR, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or related field
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Understanding of People processes, metrics, and compliance
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Curious, innovative, and eager to learn new tools and methods
