Expected skills and experience

Essential

• 12+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience. 

• 3+ years in a ServiceNow Architect or Lead Developer capacity. 

• Proven experience implementing multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC/IRM, SPM). 

• Deep expertise in: ServiceNow scripting (Client & Server-side) , Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Portal / Employee Center, ATF, CMDB architecture 

• Strong experience with enterprise integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server). 

• Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end implementations (design through deployment). 

• Strong understanding of security models (ACLs, roles, domain separation). 

• Experience working in Agile environments. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 

• Ability to work in high-pressure, regulated environments.
