We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer – ITSM to design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications while ensuring seamless integrations with third-party systems. The role requires strong expertise in ITSM modules, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and customize ServiceNow applications including forms, workflows, notifications, and reports.
Develop and enhance ITSM modules, including portals, pages, and widgets.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and third-party applications via APIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Provide support, troubleshooting, and continuous enhancements to ServiceNow applications.
Ensure solutions adhere to ServiceNow best practices and organizational standards.
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules (portals, pages, widgets).
In-depth understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and best practices.
Proven experience in API integrations and third-party system connectivity.
Solid knowledge of JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS within ServiceNow.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM.
Exposure to additional ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITOM, CSM, HRSD) is a plus.
Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
