Responsibilities:

1. Design and Architecture:

• Create technical blueprints for ITSM solutions
• Design comprehensive ITSM data models
• Develop logical and physical architectures for ServiceNow implementations
• Ensure scalability and performance of ITSM architectures

1. Technical Leadership:

• Guide, lead, and mentor ITSM development teams
• Execute Proof of Concept (POC) projects
• Resolve complex technical issues
• Ensure compliance with architecture standards and best practices
• Stay current with emerging ITSM technologies and trends

1. Solution Implementation:

• Lead the technical delivery of projects from scoping to implementation
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of implemented solutions
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all implemented solutions

1. Client and Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Collaborate with business analysts to gather and refine ITSM requirements
• Partner with project managers to ensure alignment between technical implementation and project goals
• Engage with other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive solution delivery
• Provide regular updates and presentations on project progress and technical challenges

1. Integrations:

• Design and develop REST API integrations between ServiceNow and other client systems
• Identify and implement data integration strategies for various data sources
• Ensure data integrity and security across integrated systems
• Troubleshoot and optimize integration performance

1. Performance Optimization:

• Analyze and optimize ITSM processes for improved efficiency
• Conduct performance audits of existing ITSM implementations
• Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system performance and user experience

1. Security and Compliance:

• Ensure all ITSM solutions adhere to industry security standards and best practices
• Implement appropriate access controls and data protection measures
• Stay informed about relevant compliance requirements (e.g., ITIL, COBIT) and incorporate them into ITSM architectures

1. Continuous Improvement:

• Regularly review and refine ITSM architectures based on feedback and emerging technologies
• Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance ITSM capabilities
• Contribute to the development of internal best practices and standards for ITSM implementations
