Lead ServiceNow software asset management development and implementation. Manage SAM Pro, software asset lifecycles, license compliance, reconciliation, entitlements, normalization, and license metrics. Configure and develop JavaScript, Glide API, business rules, client scripts, script includes, workflows, integrations, and MID Server solutions. Support end-to-end SAM implementations and migrations while integrating CMDB and ITAM processes.
