Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow NowAssist Developer to join our team on a 3–4 month contract. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow NowAssist (Generative AI capabilities) and good exposure to SPM, CSM, and ITSM modules. The role requires working in the Europe timezone and is fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow NowAssist solutions.
Implement Generative AI use cases within ServiceNow platform.
Customize and enhance workflows across ITSM, CSM, and SPM modules.
Integrate NowAssist with knowledge articles, virtual agents, and case management.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather AI-driven automation requirements.
Ensure best practices in ServiceNow development and platform governance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the platform.
Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong experience with NowAssist implementation and configuration.
Solid understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
Experience working with CSM and/or SPM modules.
Good knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts).
Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Virtual Agent.
Understanding of Generative AI concepts within ServiceNow.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow CSA / CAD Certification.
Experience in AI-based automation projects.
Exposure to ServiceNow platform upgrades and performance optimization.
Prior experience supporting Europe-based clients.
