Technical advisory role, responsible for helping customers establish a technical foundation in the ServiceNow Platform and design solutions that improve outcomes
Designs, Governs, and manage the overall technical strategy of the ServiceNow platform to align with business goals. Create roadmaps, define architectural standards, and ensure high-performing, scalable, and secure solutions. Key duties include managing integrations, conducting health checks, and acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholder
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Define the platform's long-term strategy, roadmap, and governance, aligning it with business objectives.
- Solution Design & Architecture: Create technical designs for complex implementations, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and follow leading practices.
- Governance & Health: Monitor platform performance, manage technical debt, and enforce configuration standards.
- Integration Management: Design integration strategies with external systems and cloud providers (AWS, Azure).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and best practices to technical teams and developers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Deep experience with ServiceNow implementations, typically as an architect or senior developer.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.), JavaScript.
- Should have hands on implementation experience in creating workflows in flow designer.
- Integration hub experience in flow designer to integrate with third party apps using spokes
- Experience in creating custom actions and sub flows
- Rest API integration knowledge
- Virtual agent implementation knowledge and integration with Microsoft teams
- MS teams notifications for ServiceNow incidents, requests etc
- Push notification configuration experience, creation of cards, push notification templates etc.
- Now mobile and agent mobile app development experience
- Leadership: Ability to lead technical teams, manage vendor relationships, and guide projects.
