Summary:

To ensure the quality and reliability of software products by performing systematic testing, identifying bugs, and verifying that applications meet functional, technical, and business requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct testing activities such as functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, to ensure the quality of Salesforce implementations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, create test plans, and define test cases for Salesforce applications.
  • Plan and execute testing activities for Salesforce CRM analytics assets and Salesforce Applications
  • Conduct tests on web applications, mobile applications, or desktop software.
  • Execute tests manually to uncover defects and ensure the product adheres to specifications.
  • Log defects with detailed information using tools like JIRA, or similar platforms.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure issues are resolved.
  • Retest resolved bugs to confirm fixes.
  • Maintain and update test cases, scenarios, and scripts.
  • Provide detailed test reports, including coverage and identified issues.
  • Document best practices and lessons learned from testing cycles.Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings (if working in Agile).Suggest improvements in the software development lifecycle or testing processes.

Skills:

  • Overall 5+ years of experience in Salesforce  testing 
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC).
  • Experience in UAT activities and provide training to end-users.
  • Hands-on experience with tools for test management and defect tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify patterns and pinpoint issues effectively.
  • Meticulous and thorough approach to testing.
  • Ability to clearly articulate findings and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Hands on working experience on Salesforce sales and service cloud
  • Good understanding of CPQ Process
  • Exposure to automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields (preferred).

Certifications:

  • Advance ISTQB certification
  • Salesforce administrator certification
