The purpose of this role is to work with the business and help implement Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, AEP, Tealium and other technologies. This role serves as a subject matter expert on tag management and audience platforms, and provides guidance and oversight to other web audience resources. This role is able to provide direction and guidance on integration of marketing technologies and tools.

Key responsibilities:
Consults on the integration of measurement solutions using Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and Data Management Platforms (DMP) with keen focus on data inputs and outputs (eg. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tealium)
Leads client questions and requests, solving technical problems and providing mentorship involving technical and business knowledge
Responds to, and resolves, a wide range of customer inquiries from basic education to technical operations
Proactively maintains and upkeeps Clients technical specifications
Participates in the evaluation of new tools as they relate to web analytics, data management, optimisation, tag management and reporting platforms
Assists with other leaders to help with business development and growth initiatives
Translates data into significant information in a concise and effective manner
