Job Description:
Design and deliver training modules on media analytics concepts, tools, and platforms.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on digital media performance – including Search (Google Ads, Bing), Social (Meta, LinkedIn, X), Display, and Programmatic channels (DV360, The Trade Desk).
Guide cross-functional teams on campaign measurement frameworks, KPI tracking, attribution modeling, and media optimization.
Mentor analysts and managers on best practices in reporting, dashboarding, and insight generation.
Develop and maintain internal documentation, SOPs, and knowledge libraries for media analytics workflows.
Create case studies and real-world projects for hands-on training sessions.
Collaborate with data engineering, media, and strategy teams to identify gaps and improve training effectiveness.
Lead technical workshops in SQL, Python (for data cleaning, automation, modeling), Tableau/Power BI (dashboard creation), and Excel (advanced functions, macros).
