Social Media Executive + Brand ManagerMission

Build and scale the brand’s voice, visibility, and trust across all major social channels. This person should make your brand feel alive — visually, emotionally, and strategically. They handle both creative direction and analytical execution.

Core Responsibilities

1. Brand Identity & Strategy

  • Define and maintain the brand tone, color palette, and storytelling themes across all posts.
  • Develop a monthly social media calendar aligned with campaigns, launches, or events.
  • Ensure every post supports brand positioning and emotional appeal (not random posting).

2. Content Creation & Execution

  • Write engaging captions (hooks, CTAs, storytelling) that stop scrolls.
  • Coordinate with designers, video editors, and copywriters to ensure high-quality creatives.
  • Create content briefs that are clear, data-driven, and aligned with audience psychology.
  • Stay on top of trends, sounds, and formats to keep brand content fresh but relevant.

3. Community & Engagement Management

  • Actively engage with followers, respond to DMs/comments strategically.
  • Build influencer partnerships, collaborations, and user-generated content loops.
  • Monitor brand mentions and sentiment — protect and grow brand image daily.

4. Performance Analysis & Growth Optimization

  • Track KPIs: reach, engagement, follower growth, CTR, retention rate, and conversions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights (not just numbers).
  • Run small-scale ad experiments (boosts, engagement campaigns, lookalike testing).
  • Analyze competitor brands and reverse-engineer what’s working.

5. Brand Campaign Leadership

  • Plan and execute campaigns that connect emotionally — not just promote offers.
  • Work closely with the performance marketing team for alignment between paid + organic.
  • Suggest new brand collabs, partnerships, and opportunities for storytelling expansion.
Required Skill StackIdeal Background
  • 2–4 years experience managing brand social media (not agency posting interns).
  • Has built or scaled at least one brand page organically (show proof).
  • Understands content hooks, retention psychology, and storytelling tone.
  • Follows brands like Nike, Duolingo, CRED, and knows why they work — not just how.
