Software Consultant (Full Stack)

Job Title: Software Consultant

Location: Pune, India

Responsibilities:

Being a part of Arena Engineering team:

• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
• Design client-side and server-side architecture
• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Write effective APIs
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
• Create security and data protection settings

Must Have Skills and Knowledge:

• 9-13 years of Proven experience in Java (core java, multi-threading), Sprint boot, REST, Microservices, JVM tuning, Maven, Containerization.
• Good to have knowledge in multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
• Experience developing enterprise applications
• Strong knowledge and experience in in Core java, server-side, microservices and REST implementation.
• Hands-on experience is implementing multi-thread application.
• String knowledge on server and application configuration along with upgrade of various libraries and Jar files.
• Excellent problem solving and analytics knowledge and proactively identify the server side issues and provide solutions quickly.
• Knowledge of multiple server-side  frameworks (e.g. Spring, Log4i, JAXB)
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. Oracle, MS SQL), web servers (e.g. Tomcat) and UI/UX design
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and milestones efficiently

Good to have skills:

• Having basic SQL and PL/SQL implementation experience.
• Knowledge on any modern UI frameworks like Angular or ReactJS
• Experience in developing SaaS based applications

Basic Qualifications:

• Graduate / BE / B Tech / ME/ MTech/ MCA / MSc Computer Science with excellent academics.
• 9-13 years’ relevant experience in full stack development and thorough knowledge on all phases of SDLC.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good Team Player and working experience with multi location teams.
