Software Developer – C#

In this role you will:

1.     Develop application code according to requirements and assigned tasks

2.     Contribute to lifecycle Flow and value streams by following prescribed methodologies and best practices

3.     Follow source-code management and work item tracking best practices

4.     Contribute to the estimation process during planning exercises

We'd love to chat if you have...

•        2-3 years professional experience performing software development

•        Expert knowledge with respect to the following:

o   C#, .NET (Framework, Standard and Core 5+)

o   SQL Server (Fluent with stored procedures, functions, indexes, views, profiler, tracing)

o   Web Services (gRPC, REST)

o   ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core and Web API

o   Unit and integration tests (MSTest, xUnit, NUnit, mocking)

o   SOLID principles

• Expert knowledge of toolsets such as:

o Azure Pipelines o Git

o Azure DevOps

• Nice to have skills:

o   Postman or similar

o   C++

o   Angular/React

• SDLC Methodologies:

o Agile, Scaled Agile

• Design

o Design patterns

o Code quality, clean code

•        Ability to collaborate, validate and assist prioritizing requirements for projects and request

•        Ability to properly assess and articulate risk

Preferred Education and Experience:

BE/B.S. or higher in computer science/technology field preferred or equivalent industry experience

•        Excellent customer-service orientation

•        Knowledgeable of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies

•        Capable of meeting deadlines and focuses on results and value creation

•        Works well with customers and vendors, knows when and how hard to push to maintain a stable and reliable environment

•        Capable of leading research into application development issues to successful completion

•        Self-motivated and directed

•        Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and regulations preferred (PII, PHI, HIPAA,etc.)
