Develop backend and frontend components for microservice-based applications using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and REST APIs. Build and integrate front-end features with React/Angular, work with SQL databases, and deploy to cloud using Docker and CI/CD pipelines. Apply secure coding practices, monitoring, and contribute to developing AI use cases. Participate in hybrid team environment at MetLife.
Description and Requirements
Strong expertise in Java (Core and Advanced), Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA
Experience with Microservices architecture & REST APIs
Frontend: React / Angular / JavaScript / HTML / CSS
Database: SQL
Familiarity with Cloud (AWS/Azure), Docker, Kubernetes (preferred)
Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
Knowledge of secure coding practices and application monitoring
Knowledge of Developing AI use cases
