Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, addressing any challenges that arise, and contributing to the overall improvement of application performance and functionality. You will also participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of software specifications and design. - Engage in troubleshooting and debugging of application issues to enhance performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. - Experience with web application frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate. - Familiarity with database management systems and SQL. - Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
