The Team:
You'll work as part of our backend team to build and maintain Java-based services and APIs.
Contribute to development, and gradually take ownership of smaller modules/features. Strong
communication skills, willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset are key.
Performance Objectives
• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices
• Build and enhance SaaS-based applications with a focus on scalability and reliability
• Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
• Work with MongoDB and other data stores as required
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and Product
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely fixes
Competitive Candidate Profile
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development
• Strong understanding of Core Java concepts
• Experience designing and developing microservices-based architectures
• Hands-on experience with SaaS application development
• Strong working knowledge of MongoDB
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Proficient with GitHub for source control and collaboration
• Working knowledge of AWS services and cloud deployment
• Good understanding of REST APIs and distributed systems
Nice to Have
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Exposure to monitoring and logging tools
• Understanding of security best practices in cloud applications
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
