About the Role
We’re looking for a Software Engineer II to join our Platform Engineering team. This team builds and maintains foundational systems that empower engineering teams across the company to ship high-quality software quickly and reliably.
In this role, you’ll work on organization-wide CI/CD systems, help shape our internal developer platform (IDP), and contribute to improving the engineering experience at scale. You’ll collaborate closely with senior engineers and stakeholders, gaining hands-on experience with tooling, automation, and infrastructure that supports hundreds of developers.

What You’ll Do
- Help maintain and improve CI pipelines used across many repositories and teams
- Contribute to the development of our internal developer platform (IDP), including self-service tooling, workflows, and automation
- Collaborate with senior engineers on testing, documenting, and implementing platform enhancements or new tool integrations.
- Write reliable, maintainable code in languages like Python, Go, or TypeScript
- Collaborate with teammates and internal customers to gather feedback and improve developer experience
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and pair programming sessions
- Learn from senior engineers while contributing meaningfully to ongoing projects
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Some professional or project-based experience with software development (internships, bootcamps, open source, etc.)
- Familiarity with one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Exposure to CI/CD systems like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI
- Curiosity about infrastructure and developer tooling
- A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from others
- Ability to communicate clearly and ask thoughtful questions
- Comfort working in a Unix-like environment and using Git

- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform

The Base Salary range for this position is $130,000 - $165,000 annually. This range reflects base salary only and does not include additional compensation or benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum range for a new hire across the US for the posted position.
