Job responsibilities
- Lead and support the transition of current processes and products to UiPath as part of the overall automation strategy.
- Create and sustain strong automations for web, desktop, Excel, and mainframe environments using UiPath.
- Independently troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues with minimal supervision.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, infrastructure teams, and support groups.
- Analyze and develop complex scripts or queries in Python, JavaScript, VB, or C# to meet automation and integration requirements.
- Utilize AI/ML concepts and tools to improve automation logic and operational intelligence.
- Ensure compliance with SDLC and Agile best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Formal training or certification on Software engineering concepts and 2+ years applied experience
- Hands-on experience in automation development, with intermediate to advanced expertise in UiPath.
- Proficient in at least one modern programming language, such as Python.
- Experienced with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and familiar with containerized/microservices environments.
- Analytical and debugging skills, capable of understanding complex process flows and quickly identifying root causes.
- Demonstrates excellent problem-solving abilities with a high degree of ownership and urgency
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Exposure to AI/ML workflows and their practical application in automation is advantageous.
- Familiarity with modern front-end technologies
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
