Job responsibilities
- Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems
- Understand product requirements and functionality for Functional Testing.
- Develop comprehensive scenarios and ensure data integrity for Contract and End-to-End (E2E) Testing.
- Design, execute, and analyze Performance Testing.
- Ensure new changes don't impact functionality through Regression Testing.
- Create test plans and test cases by understanding product requirements in Test Planning.
- Collaborate with product teams to define use cases and acceptance criteria during Requirement Analysis.
- Identify and instrument test data.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience
- Utilizes AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, EMR, and Step Functions.
- Conducts API testing using Postman.
- Executes complex SQL queries and performs data validation.
- Performs performance testing using tools like JMeter and LoadRunner.
- Manages data pipelines and ETL processes, including data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Conducts log analysis for troubleshooting and debugging.
- Develops basic automation scripts using Python.
- Analyzes data for trends and insights using visualization tools.

- Proven critical thinking ability; can understand all the available information, tie it all together, and speak to it clearly and concisely.
