Job Description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Contribute as an individual engineer on implementing new feature or enhancing existing feature for the product.
Participate in all aspects of product development process including requirement definition, design, implementation and testing.
Coordinate and participate in software design and code review.
Create and execute unit, integration and system tests.
Inter-group and intra-group teamwork in a multi-site world-wide development environment.
To meet project's deliverable and timeline requirement in a highly dynamic environment.
Adhere to the team's performance and quality metrics.
To collect and analyze data affecting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Contribute to the improvement of existing software development processes.
Apply good communication and interpersonal skills toward solving problems in a team environment.
Develop scripts to automate repetitive tasks to improve test efficiency.
Develop and implement machine learning algorithms to enhance AI capabilities.
Create and maintain documentation for AI model development and deployment processes.
Test and validate AI models to ensure accuracy and reliability in real-world scenarios.
Basic Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
Candidates with strong technical and analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
Good programming skills in C/C++/Python.
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as Azure cloud AI, or Google Cloud.
Good understanding of neural networks, computer vision or natural language processing.
Knowledge / Experience with 3G / LTE / DMR specs is a plus.
Ability to work independently and communicate well (verbally & in written form) across different functional teams.
Flexible to accommodate short notice work arrangement due to project / business need.
Candidate must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
Able to start in Jan 2026 and minimum 4 months of internship
