Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable Java-based applications
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and development teams
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define technical solutions
- Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices
- Drive system performance, security, and reliability improvements

AI User Responsibilities:
Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks. Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in Java, Spring boot, Microservices & Kafka
- Experience leading engineering teams or serving in a technical lead role
- Solid knowledge of object-oriented design, APIs, databases, and cloud-based systems
- Proven excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
