Job Description
We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer to design, build, and maintain multi-tier, cloud-ready applications that power mission-critical solutions for our business clients. In this role, you will own end‑to‑end delivery of key modules—collaborating closely on requirements, writing clean and testable code, and driving quality through CI/CD. You will continually improve existing systems through refactoring, debugging, and documentation across the SDLC while contributing ideas and innovations (including Hackathons) in a fast-paced, Agile environment. Your work will directly enhance reliability, scalability, and user experience across our product suite.
Responsibilities
  • Design and implement multi-tier software using modern Microsoft technologies (ASP.NET, C#, MVC, SQL Server, Web API).
  • Develop and deploy cloud-based applications, leveraging Azure or similar cloud platforms.
  • Participate in requirements reviews and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of key modules, from design through deployment and support.
  • Write clean, scalable, and testable code using .NET programming languages and best practices.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to test and deploy applications and systems.
  • Revise, update, refactor, and debug code to improve performance, maintainability, and reliability.
  • Continuously improve existing software using industry-standard refactoring approaches.
  • Create and maintain documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Collaborate within a fast-paced team delivering IT solutions to business clients.
  • Contribute ideas and implementations during Hackathons and innovation initiatives.
About You
  • 3+ years of experience as a .NET Developer (or equivalent hands-on experience).
  • Cloud experience required—Azure preferred; other cloud platforms are acceptable.
  • Strong proficiency with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns (e.g., MVC, Entity Framework).
  • Hands-on experience with C#, Web APIs, and React (or comparable modern front-end frameworks).
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and collaborative development practices.
  • CI/CD experience (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar).
  • Knowledge of data ETL technologies (e.g., Databricks, Synapse, Microsoft Fabric) is a strong plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to code quality and maintainability.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
Benefits
  • Health insurance fully paid–Spouse, children, and Parents
  • Accident insurance fully paid
  • Flexible working allowance
  • 25 days holidays
  • 7 paid sick days
  • 13 public holidays
  • Employee Assistance Program
