Provide L2 application support for People, SGDIR and IGG applications. Manage incidents and problems per ITIL, monitor and troubleshoot tickets using SQL and Excel, and use Informatica and DevOps knowledge to debug and fix minor issues to ensure smooth operations.
Require 3-7 years relevant experience on application support (L2 Support).
• Primary Responsibilities:
o Support for People, SGDIR and IGG applications
• Ensure smooth operations.
• Incident and problem management aligned with ITIL processes
• Monitoring and troubleshooting of the tickets using excel and sql queries
• Informatica and Dev Ops knowledge required for the debugging and fixing minor issues.
Skill Set Required:
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes
• Proficiency in Informatica
• Experience with Dev Ops
• SQL expertise
• Hands-on with Excel and Macros.
