About the Role
At Mintskill, we help businesses simplify complex operations through the Zoho ecosystem. We are looking for a Software Engineer who enjoys solving business problems through technology and has hands-on experience implementing scalable Zoho solutions.
The ideal candidate has worked on digital transformation initiatives for product-oriented businesses such as manufacturing, logistics, distribution, energy, retail, or similar industries. You'll work directly with clients to understand operational challenges, design practical solutions, and deliver implementations that improve efficiency across sales, operations, inventory, finance, HR, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Design and implement business solutions using Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho applications.

Understand client processes and translate business requirements into scalable system designs.

Configure workflows, Blueprints, automation, approvals, and business rules that reflect real operational processes.

Develop custom solutions using Deluge, Widgets, Extensions, and REST APIs.

Integrate Zoho with third-party platforms including ERP systems, logistics providers, finance platforms, HR systems, telephony, WhatsApp, and other business applications.

Deliver solutions involving inventory management, order lifecycle, field operations, route planning, fleet management, production workflows, and business process automation where applicable.

Collaborate with consultants and clients throughout discovery, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Prepare technical documentation, implementation guides, and support user adoption through training and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Must Have
-
Hands-on experience implementing solutions using Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Deluge, and the broader Zoho ecosystem.

Experience delivering business applications for product-based, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, retail, energy, or similar operational businesses.

Strong understanding of business processes such as inventory, procurement, production, dispatch, warehouse operations, field service, fleet management, or supply chain workflows.

Experience integrating Zoho with external applications using REST APIs and webhooks.

Good understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and business application development.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi with confidence in client meetings, requirement gathering, presentations, and solution discussions.

Strong analytical thinking, ownership, and problem-solving abilities.
Good to Have

Experience with RouteIQ, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects, Zoho People, or other Zoho One applications.

Exposure to React.js, Node.js, SQL, Git, or cloud platforms.

Experience working with IoT, GPS tracking, logistics, manufacturing automation, warehouse management, or enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
