Software Engineer (.Net) - We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and swift resolution of technical issues. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of our product offerings. The position is based out of our Pune office with hybrid/remote work flexibility.
In this role you’ll:
• Customer Support:
o Provide first-line technical support to stakeholders via email/team’s chat or communication on support portal.
o Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
o Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software, configurations or any other.
o Guide stakeholders through step-by-step solutions to resolve their technical problem.
o Escalate issues to higher-level support or development teams as necessary.
• Documentation and Reporting:
o Document all technical issues/changes/fixes accurately in the support ticketing system.
o Create/update knowledge base articles and FAQs wherever required.
• Collaboration:
o Work closely with the US counterparts/teams to resolve customer issues and improve product performance.
o Assist in the development and improvement of support processes and tools.
We'd love to chat if you have...
• 3 to 5 years of experience or knowledge of Microsoft .NET Technologies using C#/VB.Net and ASP.NET on Windows and Web Application Development.
• Thorough in SDLC, OOPS and OOAD principles.
• Experience/Knowledge of new technologies like HTML5, JQuery/JavaScript preferred.
• Knowledge of Web API and Web Services.
• Solid Knowledge of SQL Server 2008 onwards, Database Architecture, Tsql, Functions, Error Logs, Parameters, Views, Stored Procedures, SQL Profiler
• Good to have experience in a customer-facing or knowledge delivery role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Client handling experience will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently while tackling complex problems.
• Ability to learn and work with cutting edge technologies.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or relevant Engineering degree.
• Candidate should be willing to work in US shift.
