Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and develop responsive, accessible UI components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) and React
- Build and maintain feature-rich React applications for claims workflows (search, detail view, attachments, actions)
- Integrate UI with backend services using REST / GraphQL APIs
- Collaborate with UX, backend, QA, and business teams to translate requirements into high-quality UI solutions
- Ensure performance optimization, cross-browser compatibility, and reusable component design
- Implement secure UI patterns in compliance with healthcare and enterprise security standards (PHI/PII, HIPAA)
- Write unit and component tests and support automated UI testing
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and production support rotations
- Follow enterprise coding standards, accessibility (WCAG), and CI/CD practices
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience integrating UI with REST or GraphQL APIs
- Experience with Git / version control
- Solid understanding of responsive design and browser rendering
Web & Integration - Familiarity with JSON, HTTP, authentication tokens (OAuth/SSO)
Engineering Practices - HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
- React.js (hooks, state management, component lifecycle)
- Proven solid debugging and performance tuning skills
