Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
- Build and maintain workflows, Flow Designer solutions, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and catalog items
- Develop custom applications using App Engine Studio and ServiceNow Studio
- Implement and support ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and CMDB
- Design and develop integrations with enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub, and APIs
- Develop Service Catalogs, Record Producers, Workflows, and Automated Approvals
- Create dashboards, reports, performance analytics, and operational monitoring solutions
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Perform platform upgrades, patches, and technical debt remediation activities
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and provide root cause analysis for production issues
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards, governance, and security guidelines
- Mentor junior developers and participate in architecture reviews and design discussions
- Support Agile delivery processes, sprint planning, and technical estimations

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years focused on ServiceNow development
- Solid hands-on experience in:
- ITSM
- CMDB
- Service Catalog
- Flow Designer
- Integration Hub
- Discovery
- Performance Analytics
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
- Solid JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules, and Client Scripts knowledge
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proven solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
