Leads software engineering for a SaaS product, including technology roadmap development, backend and frontend development, cloud-native AWS architecture, DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, automated testing, and AI/ML model deployment. The role requires hands-on technical leadership in a scale-up environment and expertise with Node.js and React.

Requirements
• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in SaaS product development • Knowledge and experience in building technology roadmaps for 3-5 years
• Prior experience in scale-up environment preferred
• Proven expertise in backend (Node.js, Python, Java, etc.) and frontend (React, etc.) frameworks
• Experience leading cloud-native development on AWS
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and test automation
• Exposure to AI/ML workflows and model deployment
