What You’ll Be Doing
Software Quality Support
Participate in the testing process through test review, execution, and witnessing
Review product requirements and functional specifications for clarity and testability
Scope test effort and support planning activities
Test Execution & Defect Management
Execute manual test cases and document results
Identify, log, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps
Collaborate with developers and QA team members to troubleshoot issues
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain test documentation aligned with SOPs and regulatory standards
Support audits and follow Good Clinical Practices
Ensure timely completion of training and documentation
Environment & Tool Support
Assist in setting up and maintaining test environments
Use bug tracking and test management tools
Exposure to Amazon Cloud automation and DevOps is a plus
Collaboration & Learning
Work under supervision with limited discretion
Collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams
Participate in cross-training and departmental initiatives
Continuous Improvement
Contribute to process improvements and CAPA activities
Stay informed on industry trends in software and healthcare
What We’re Looking For
BS, BA or equivalent in Information Technology or related field
0–2 years of experience in enterprise software testing
Familiarity with manual and automated testing tools
Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle
ISTQB Foundation Level certification (preferred but not required)
Strong English communication skills
Ability to adjust to changing priorities and solve problems analytically
