What You’ll Be Doing
Design, execute, and maintain functional, regression, and performance test cases
Drive test automation strategy and implement frameworks for scalable solutions
Review specifications for testability and provide risk-based feedback
Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure quality throughout SDLC
Perform root cause analysis and manage defect lifecycle effectively
Prepare and maintain audit-ready documentation in compliance with SOPs and GCP
Set up and manage test environments, tools, and data for multiple projects
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to process improvements
Participate in UAT, customer calls, and regulatory audits as needed
What We Look For
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Mid-Level: 3+ years of experience in software testing (manual and automation)
Senior-Level: 5+ years with proven leadership in QA and automation strategy
Lead-Level: 8+ years including team leadership and process optimization
Hands-on experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and QA best practices
Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools
ISTQB certification (preferred)
Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
