The Solution Architect Finance - D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) is responsible for defining, governing, and evolving the architectural landscape across the finance domain within D365 F&O platform and its related applications, integrations, and data flows.

This architect will work closely with business stakeholders, Enterprise Architecture, product owners, and implementation teams to guide the design of end‑to‑end processes and technical solutions across Finance using D365 F&O.
Design and optimize D365 F&O solutions across customizations, integrations, reporting, and automation using X++, Azure Integration Services, and Power Platform—following modern engineering best practices & Ensure environment stability through effective DevOps, deployments, performance tuning, and global compliance.
Lead full cycle ERP delivery including LCS management, RSAT automation, data migration, UAT, Go-live, and hyper care to maintain long-term system reliability and scalability & Shape solution architecture and process optimization across Finance.
Drive cloud, data, and AI innovation by advancing
integrations, automation, Power Platform, and D365 Copilot capabilities across the enterprise & Mentor cross-functional teams worldwide, resolve complex issues, and influence continuous improvement
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
12+ years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or AX (2012/2009) in architecture, lead solutions design, or senior technical roles.
Knowledge of D365 Finance - GL, AP, AR, FA, Expense Management and PMA is required.
Knowledge of Manufacturing, Inventory, and Master Planning is required.
Experience leading large D365 F&O programs involving multi-entity rollouts, complex integrations, and heavy transaction volumes.
Experience customizing Copilot or building AI-driven solutions with Copilot Studio.
Experience in large-scale D365 migrations or upgrades.
Experience with other finance applications like vertex/edicom, exflow, Avalara etc.
Strong knowledge in .NET, SQL, JavaScript, and extension frameworks & Strong functional background in finance, and enterprise process improvement, with experience leading UAT, hyper care, and environment management
