About the Role:  

The Solution Architect (IAM Implementation) to lead critical projects in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Application Governance domains. You will be at the forefront of designing and implementing access governance solutions using Pathlock or similar platforms. This role demands strong technical leadership, project management, and a strategic mindset to drive value for our global customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of IAM projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple teams concurrently across complex IAM initiatives.
• Serve as a key liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive sponsors to ensure strategic alignment.
• Mentor and support team members to enhance capabilities and deepen technical expertise.
• Provide architectural guidance to ensure scalability, security, and enterprise-grade compliance.
• Continuously enhance delivery frameworks, tools, and best practices within the IAM function.

Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Security space
• Extensive experience in consulting and implementation of identity management solutions.
• Excellent knowledge and experience of leading project delivery, including scoping and planning projects
• Knowledge of Pathlock would be great, if not then experience of as similar product e.g. Saviynt, Oracle IDM, SailPoint , etc.
• Knowledge of authentication technologies e.g., SSO, MFA, etc.
• Knowledge of integration to off the shelf Enterprise products e.g., Workday, SFDC, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle ERP, etc.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture as well as on-premises IT landscape
• Knowledge of security and compliance requirements
• Knowledge of SAP GRC Access/Process Control or any other Business Process Control automation / monitoring tool is a plus. 
• Knowledge of various business processes and risks with in them. Knowledge of SOD Rule design, should have collaborated with compliance team, business / IT functional team in identifying business relevant SOD risks and granular authorizations. 
• Willingness to be a hands-on contributor. Excellent communication/documentation skills.
• Knowledge of integration technologies, including REST, DB, LDAP
