Job Description

Looking for individuals to join our collaborative team as we expand our best solution capabilities in Model Predictive Control. Looking for people with the unique capabilities of extracting and unveiling the value behind data, desire to advise with customers to understand and guide them, and willingness to collaboratively be an implementer of these solutions. Need to embrace human-centric design approaches to provide modern user experiences layered on top of traditional manufacturing environments. This is the role for you if you want to be part of a team that empowers our customers by creating digital solutions that unlock productivity, efficiency and flexibility. You will report to Sr Manager of the function and will work from our Hinjewadi- Pune Office in Hybrid work model.
 

Your Responsibilities:
•    We're looking for a motivated Solution Consultant to join our growing team and help shape the future of Advanced Process Control (APC) and Model Predictive Control (MPC) solutions. In this role, you'll combine technical expertise with customer-facing skills to deliver real business value.
•    You'll support global sales efforts through customer visits, technical presentations, and benefit assessments, while also acting as a key promoter of our solutions in the market. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams, you'll help define solution scope, develop go-to-market strategies, and create impactful sales materials such as ROI calculators, case studies, and proposals.
•    This position offers the chance to collaborate with global organizations, transfer industry knowledge across teams, and contribute to innovative applications that maximize new market opportunities. The Essentials - You Will Have:
•    Bachelor's in chemical engineering with 2+ years of experience (operational or vendor) in manufacturing industries.
•    Interpret PFD's, P&ID's to provide optimization analysis of the process.
•    1+ years of experience with Advanced Analytics (i.e. Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, neural networks, Advanced Process Control, Model Predictive Control)
•    Understanding of our goals, and manufacturing processes and industry best practices across several industries
•    Track record in dealing with complex global organisations.
•    Excellent establishing communication and engagement with prospects.
•    The ability to manage complex, multi-month projects and personnel.
•    Track record in developing required training and presentation material content.
 

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
•    Chemical Engineering Degree
•    Break down a production process and review data from the process and Quality data to determine value areas in the process.
1+ years of experience building business cases for value areas in manufacturing.
