Responsibilities:
Data Management and Analysis
- Design, code, and pilot data collection instruments such as survey questionnaires and interview guides.
- Support and manage surveys, focus groups, and interviews.
- Conduct literature reviews and synthesize findings to inform projects.
- Design, code, and execute data quality checks.
- Clean, analyze, and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data.
Strategic Planning and Reporting
- Generate benchmarks and insights to support business decision-making.
- Create detailed reports and visually compelling presentations for stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of project strategies and deliverables.
- Support field projects and client engagement activities.
Client and Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align research and analysis with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in data management and analysis using data management software.
- Advanced proficiency in Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Intermediate knowledge of programming and data tools such as Python, R, or Ruby.
- Familiarity with SaaS and PaaS platforms.
- Strong analytical and numerical capacity with a foundation in statistics.
- Excellent English proficiency at C1 level.
