Continuous Risk & Compliance Management & Reporting:
Perform and encourage continuous and effective risk management practice within your activities.
Promote risk-based decision taken. Ensure effective escalation of key risks, compliance breach and non-ethical issues.
Demonstrate and encourage ethical behaviors. Promote Business continuity best practices and compliance to applicable regulations and internal PPPs (Policy, Process and Procedures).
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities /Task Complexity.
Advertising Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute data-driven advertising strategies to monetize the company’s digital platforms (apps, websites, and other assets).
- Build partnerships with advertisers and media agencies to create high-impact advertising campaigns tailored for mobile audiences.
- Optimize digital ad inventory, targeting capabilities, and revenue streams through advanced analytics and audience insights.
- Stay updated on advertising trends, such as programmatic advertising, native ads, and AI-driven personalization.
New E-Vertical Development:
- Identify, evaluate, and launch new digital verticals (e.g., e-health, e-education, fintech, gaming, etc.) aligned with emerging market trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop e-vertical offerings, including content, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies.
- Drive innovation in digital product offerings, ensuring scalability and profitability in a competitive environment.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics of e-verticals, providing recommendations to enhance user experience and business outcomes.
Partnerships & Ecosystem Development:
- Forge strategic partnerships with content providers, technology platforms, and third-party developers to enhance e-vertical offerings.
- Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure optimal delivery of services and solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with external stakeholders to maximize business value.
Revenue Growth & KPIs:
- Deliver measurable growth in advertising revenues and new e-verticals’ contribution to overall business revenues.
- Define and track KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement in engagement, user retention, and monetization.
- Identify and mitigate risks in advertising and e-vertical initiatives to ensure sustainable growth
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Bilingual French, English
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital advertising, e-commerce, or product development in a mobile telco or similar digital sector.
- Proven track record in managing digital revenue streams, product launches, and partnerships.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, ad-tech platforms, and data analytics tools.
• Understanding of mobile telecommunications technologies and platforms.
