Specialist - Business Analysis – Client Onboarding
Be an Early Applicant
Supports client onboarding and lifecycle management in investment banking by gathering and validating digital requirements, mapping customer journeys, analyzing and migrating reference data, and contributing to data models and interface designs. Applies customer-centric UX principles, interprets API, XML, and JSON specifications, and uses Agile Kanban and Scrum practices to refine requirements into sprint-ready stories throughout the digital product development lifecycle.
Job Description
- Exposure to on-boarding and client lifecycle management in an Investment Banking with 5- 8 years of experience.
- Proven experience with customer reference data, data modelling, data analysis, data migration and interface design.
- Knowledge of agile Kanban and Scrum methodology with ability to thin slice stories to align with Sprint cycles.
- Good understanding of the digital product development process, ranging from requirements and idea inception through to development and execution
- Experience of working with digital requirements gathering and digital journey mapping. Able to articulate how these requirements are elaborated and validated
- Able to demonstrate how customer centric thinking is expressed and reinforced through the digital product design processes
- Strong understanding of digital UX and interaction design
- Appreciation of API services and ability to interpret XML and JSON files.
