Job Description:
Qualification:
- Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, or any other related field or equivalent.
- Should have experience in implementing large systems following full SDLC.
Experience:
- 5+ to 6.5 years Experience in IT Industry working on Mainframe technologies
Accountabilities:
- Develop, code, test, and debug programs for medium to large IT Projects
- Ongoing support of business applications by problem analysis, resolution, reporting and escalation as required.
- Reverse Engineering, Analysis, Coding, testing, debugging and providing relevant comments/documentation for the application managed.
- Participating and sharing Functional/Technical knowledge with the rest of the team.
- Participates in post-implementation reviews of both application development content and process to maximize and share learning.
- Understand the requirements for new project initiatives, medium to high complexity enhancements, participate in design and complete the development and unit testing.
- Participates in conference calls and able to communicate effectively
- Create or modify highly complex programs where performance, efficiency, and reliability are critical.
- Very Strong analytical abilities
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of business processes.
- Advocate the best practices in technical requirements and methodologies.
