How you will contribute
You will:
- Provide change support for initiatives that will result in significant change in the company
- Support projects that will change the rolling-out process, the organization, ways of working and/or system changes
- Help define and design the strategic change management strategy that will deliver successful and sustainable outcomes
- Use lessons learned from previous projects to improve future strategies
- Create change materials based on the change plan in partnership with project SMEs and HR and communication teams
- Provide support to build individual and organization change capability in initiative teams and with stakeholders and influence through ongoing partnership and active coaching
- Measure and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of change and transformation strategies
What you will bring

- Experience in change management or a related field
- Demonstrable experience in strong stakeholder alignment skills
- Training/instructional design experience
- Experience and exposure to best practices in change management

What you need to know about this position:
The role of Digital Workplace End User Change & Communications Specialist for MEU will encompass the following responsibilities:
- Support the success of End User tool Adoption of Digital Workplace solutions as needed including training and documentation as required
- Support technology related Major Incident Management communications including possible early morning/late evening engagement should other team members be unavailable to act in time zone
- Coordinate and measure impact of comms and find innovative ways to adjust plans to support behavioral shift to ensure change adoption
- Collaborate on creating Digital Workplace functional engagement
- Bring insight and experience to help improve/evolve current ways of working.
What extra ingredients you will bring:
- Plan, prepare and deliver comms for Digital Workplace projects, transformation initiatives and BAU initiatives with an end user impact to ensure end user awareness and readiness
- Provide regional support for Digital Workplace comms/tech adoption initiatives
- Assist with global, regional and functional stakeholder management where needed
Job specific requirements:
- Prepare for a monthly stakeholder connect meetings with Onsite Services Leads and IT Country Leads, Exec Assistants, Technology Champions
- Prepare and deliver bi-weekly new joiner onboarding sessions
- Contribute to Digital Workplace Comms team initiatives e.g. preparation of Tech Talk newsletter, new ideas, ad hoc awareness/training opportunities
- Assist with upskilling of our Technology Learning Network and Digital Workplace colleagues
- Leverage AI enabled tools such as Synthesia, DeepL, Adobe and maximise the use of our O365 toolkit such as SharePoint, Viva Engage, Loop, Planner etc.
- Assist with bookings and coordination of change and comms related events
