IT Business Analyst, Planning  

The Role: 

Entegris is looking to add an IT Business Analyst who can provide hands-on expertise in with Supply and Production Planning. 

In this role you will: 

• Work with Business Process Leads to identify the requirements and apply Business Analysis principles and best practices. 

• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating requirements into functional and technical solutions 

• Configure SAP in the areas of SAP IBP and SAP ECC/S4 across planning processes  

• Provide functional and technical support in all areas of Supply, Production and fulfilment plannign. 

• Work on quarterly upgrades and system upkeep for a global user base of 400+ users. 

• Partner with technical teams to build and enhance data integration capabilities with various systems. 

• Lead and engage in projects to bring new advanced capabilities for planning, integration between planning and order management platform.  

• Analyze business challenges, objectives and advice in developing as is/to-be processes 

• Assist with the creation and impact of deployment and cutover plans 

• Demonstrate a high level of ownership, initiative, and strong sense of urgency in all assignments as part of a fast-paced environment 

• Working collaboratively with an extended team of functional and technical resources in a global setting. 

• Support all phases of solution lifecycle, from concept through delivery and production support 

• Collaborate within the internal IT organization to deliver quality solutions 

• Drive process and solution standardization 

Traits we believe will make a strong candidate: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business information systems (IS), computer science or related field.  

• 4 + years of experience working with SAP IBP and ERP in for PP/MM/LE 

• Has good understanding of SAP ERP (ECC/S4 HANA) systems including MM, PP, SD functions – and related master data and core processes. 

• The candidate must have solid functional expertise in All area of planning  

• Hands-on configuration/deployment expertise  

• Strong research, data analysis, and problem visualization skills 

• Experience with Data Integration scenarios with SAP ECC, BW, Cloud systems and 3rd party systems using EDIs and APIs.  

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.  

• Willing to travel up to 20% to plant locations as needed.
