  • Proactive IT Security monitoring
  • Promptly responding to security incidents and providing thorough post event analysis
  • Respond to IT Security incidents detected by SIEM system and user reported incidents
  • Performing malware clean up tasks
  • Support technical IT security issues
  • Investigating cyber security incidents
  • Analysis and evaluation of security incidents
  • Ensuring OS & third party software is patched accordingly.

YOUR TALENT

  • Basic knowledge and understanding of enterprise networks and IT environments
  • Sound knowledge about IT security solutions
  • Strong understanding of basic cyber-intelligence techniques
  • Good technical knowledge in the IT security environment
  • Good analytical skills
  • Experience in IT Security Solutions (SIEM, IDS / IPS, Encryption, AAA, IDM)
  • Knowledge in network technology and internet protocols
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules
  • Knowledge on proper ticket handling and good priority setting
  • Resourceful, flexible and capable of collaborating with multi-cultural environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Well-driven, motivated, team-orientated and easily adapt to complex environment
  • Available for travel for onsite support and training
