About the Role:
As a part of our growing team, the Logistics Specialist will play a pivotal role in setting up and managing our global parcel operations. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance and supporting stakeholders in cross border shipment processes. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support daily operations, optimize workflows, and enhance our global parcel shipping capabilities.
What You’ll Do:

Develop SOP and process guidelines to ensure consistent and efficient parcel shipping globally.

Provide support and training to internal requestors and stakeholders on logistics processes, ensuring smooth implementation and adherence to set logistics policies/protocols and compliance with local laws and regulations.

Track shipping related documentation (invoices, customs paperwork, permits & international shipment documentation), assist CrowdStrike employees with documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Track import export requirement by country and resolve issues with shipments stuck in customs.

Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to streamline parcel shipping operations.

Address & resolve daily enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

Provide advice, review and assistance with international shipments ensuring all documentation and requirements are in order and in compliance with local laws and regulations.

Oversee compliance and regulations for both domestic and cross-border shipments.

Maintain changes in compliance regulations and implement necessary changes in internal processes.

Act as a liaison between vendors and CrowdStrike to identify and resolve shipment delays.

Review all duty and tax related invoices for shipments across all of CrowdStrike global offices.
What You’ll Need:
-
6+ years of hands-on experience in Global Logistics and supply chain operations
-
Bachelors degree/MBA in logistics, supply chain management or related field.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements for domestic and international shipments.

Experience in handling cross-border shipments and customs documentations.

Strong knowledge of international logistics, customs clearance, and import/export customs regulations and requirements.

Strong problem-solving abilities.
Bonus Points:

Experience in developing SOP and training stakeholders.

Certification in Logistics management.
