Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing the contract documentation for companies that the Sales Team wants to sign contracts with;
Filling customer database templates once Sales signed the contract;
Filling rate forms with the renewed pricing in case of changes in rates;
Managing fleet availability changes in our systems;
Setting up Avis Worldwide Discount number representing the contract;
Responding to customer and partner queries and documentation of action /resolution;
Providing administrative support to sales managers in the headquarter;
Precise documentation of actions and resolutions in the relevant systems;
Recognizing opportunities for improving processes;
What we are looking for:
Hungarian and English working proficiency knowledge;
Similar experience in a Shared Service environment is an advantage but not a must;
A precise attitude to administrative tasks;
Strong problem-solving skills, logical & proactive thinking, ability to take initiative;
Collaborative approach, willingness to work in a close-knit team
Confident communication skills;
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment;
Have an eye for the smallest details and enjoy process improvement;
Experience in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel with confidence;
