So, what’s the role all about?
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of writing high-quality code and taking end-to-end ownership of major functionalities. This role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee System-level and Subsystem-level design and ensure quality in their areas of ownership. The Senior Architect will also play a crucial role in identifying, clarifying, and prioritizing work, as well as addressing security, scalability, costing, and other non-functional requirements (NFRs) within their areas of influence.
How will you make an impact?
- Code Quality:Demonstrate a proven track record of writing high-quality code. Ability to mentor teams in the art of efficient code quality.
- Ownership:Take end-to-end ownership of major functionalities, from design to deployment from an architectural perspective.
- High-Level Design:Be responsible for high-level design and quality in areas of ownership.
- Work Prioritization:Help identify, clarify, and prioritize work to ensure efficient project progression.
- NFR Management:Own and ensure the prioritization of security, scalability, cost optimization, and other NFR-related issues.
- Tech Debt:Assist with the prioritization and resolution of technical debt.
- Technical Guidance:Provide guidance and help resolve technical issues within the team.
- Performance Improvement:Continuously improve the performance of existing applications.
- Critical Implementations:Implement critical functionalities when necessary.
- Architect Mindset:Adopt an architect mindset, challenge designs, and consider corner/negative cases.
- Evangelism:Act as an evangelist for architectural ideas and drive synchronization with local teams.
Have you got what it takes?
- Experience:Proven experience in a senior architectural role with a strong coding background.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in .Net 6/8 and Golang.
- Problem-Solving:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership:Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Adaptability:Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
