The Talent Management Specialist supports the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of talent management programs that enhance employee performance, engagement, leadership capability, succession readiness, and career development. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and employees to execute talent strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of career development initiatives
- Design and manage participant communication journeys across talent programs, including eligibility communication, learning pathways, development opportunities, resources, and program engagement activities.
- Support the execution of talent development initiatives by coordinating learning experiences, stretch assignments, cross-functional projects, business immersion opportunities, and internal mobility activities.
- Promote employee development opportunities and internal mobility programs.
- Support the collection, analysis, and maintenance of talent intelligence, including capability data, skill signals, development activity, talent readiness indicators, and workforce trends.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and analytics to generate insights that inform talent discussions, workforce planning, development initiatives, and talent movement decisions.
- Coordinate and execute successful delivery of project plans, communications, stakeholder meetings, and follow-up actions.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in Talent Management, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or related HR functions.
- Experience supporting performance management and talent review processes.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms.
