Sr Advanced Data Engineer

As a Senior Advanced Data Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing data pipelines and architectures. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure the efficient handling and analysis of large volumes of data. Your expertise in data engineering will be key in driving data-driven decision-making and improving operational efficiency within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex Hyperion Planning and Essbase applications including Dimension, Hierarchies and Calculations.
• Develop and implement data load rules, calculations, and business rules using Essbase scripting languages (e.g., Calc Script, Business Rule, MDX, MAXL).
• Design, develop, and maintain FDMEE applications, including data mappings, validations, and transformations.
• Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Good to have - Design and develop OneStream models, dimensions, cube views and build integration between OneStream and other ERP systems using OneStream Data management and integration tools. 
• Migration Knowledge of Oracle EPM(Essbase/Planning/HFM) application to OneStream models.

You Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Computer Engineering/Science
• Hands on Experience developing Hyperion Planning/Essbase Applications or OneStream 
• Implementation experience including Building application, writing Business rules
• Essbase/Planning Calculation expertise
• 10+ years’ Experience 
• Advanced Excel knowledge
