Sr Advanced Software Engr

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with 10+ years of software development experience and strong expertise in .NET, C#, Azure Cloud Services, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and AI/ML technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications, cloud-native solutions, and data-driven platforms.

This role requires hands-on experience in full-stack application development, cloud architecture, database design, API development, and the application of AI/ML solutions to solve business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and C#, Python and .Net
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services for enterprise-grade applications.
• Develop responsive, user-friendly web applications and ensure seamless integration with backend systems.
• Implement software design patterns, coding standards, and best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to architectural and technical design discussions.

Cloud Development

• Design, deploy, and manage applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Develop cloud-native solutions leveraging Azure services.
• Implement secure, scalable, and highly available cloud architectures.
• Work with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure SQL, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Azure DevOps.
• Monitor and optimize cloud resources for performance, security, and cost efficiency.

Database Development

• Work with SQL Server and PostgreSQL to design efficient database schemas and data models.
• Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Perform database performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization.
• Manage data workflows, data integration processes, and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Support business intelligence, reporting, and analytics initiatives.

AI/ML & Advanced Analytics

• Apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) techniques to solve business problems and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders to develop and deploy predictive and analytical models.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Support data analytics, statistical modeling, and business insight generation.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

Architecture & Integration

• Design scalable and maintainable application architectures.
• Implement microservices and distributed system architectures.
• Integrate enterprise applications, databases, cloud services, and third-party systems.
• Ensure application security, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Data Engineering, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and technical reviews.
• Drive technical innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• Extensive experience in enterprise application development using .NET and C#.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud Services.
• Strong experience in database design, development, and optimization using SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Experience working on AI/ML-enabled applications or data-driven solutions.
