Job Details
1. Responsible for timely updates of all contract pricing and membership information into
the contract management database system.
2. Maintain exception reports that analyze pricing and membership information.
3. Reconcile and coordinate invoice correction requests received from all segments with a
high level of accuracy and importance based on determined service level agreements.
4. Communicate effectively with customers / external partners to resolve inquiries in a
timely manner.
5. Maintain assigned supplier contract documentation files.
6. Validate daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly contract maintenance reports and make
appropriate contract management database system changes.
7. Analyze variance contracts returned by Supplier.
8. Receive, identify, and resolve discrepancies associated with assigned supplier contract
issues.
9. Reconcile chargebacks in accordance with approved guidelines.
10. Perform in-depth analysis of variance lines returned by Supplier.
11. Manage the Chargeback Accounts Receivable portfolio for suppliers.
12. Responsible for the timely collection of monies due from Supplier and the aging goals as
planned by senior management; must minimize the write-off dollars
13. Coordinate with the Finance and Accounts Receivable teams to identify and resolve
invoice discrepancies.
14. Intercept, investigate, and resolve escalated requests timely and coordinate effectively.
15. Must be willing to work overtime hours, as needed, to meet departmental objectives.
16. Deliver and analyze reports in detail for management review.
17. Act as point of contact for large financial customer related issues for analysis.
18. Partner with various teams to identify and resolve pricing and invoicing errors accurately
and timely.
19. Communicate across workstreams.
20. Discuss observations during interactions with team supervisor
21. Assist and support department managers in preparing for meetings.
22.Maintain and promote positive and professional working relationships with analysts and management.
23.Comply with all appropriate policies, procedures, and regulations.
24.Any other duties assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCES, AND SKILLS:

• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in English (CEFR B2 or higher).
• Ability to work 4 hours overlapping with Eastern Time Zone.
• Knowledge of Contracts & Chargebacks (desirable).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power BI.
• Experience with SAP (desirable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments.
• Ability to summarize information effectively.
• Collaborative experience in diverse teams is preferred.
