• Domain joining of the VMs
• Identity and Access Management
• Monitoring configuration of AWS resources and services
• Tier wise Backup configuration and Restoration support
• AWS Migration Participation
• Patching and Vulnerability Remediation of AWS servers
• Troubleshooting of OS level and Portal level issues
• Configure End-point protection for AWS servers (Crowdstrike, Qualys)
• Configure Dynatrace Monitoring agent on servers
• Configure BigFix agent on servers
• Configuration Management
• File Share configuration
• Host Name to DNS mapping
• DR Configuration
