Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Angular UI/UX Engineer to lead the design and development of intuitive, dynamic, and responsive web applications. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences. This role requires expertise in Angular, UI/UX best practices, and a strong focus on creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop advanced web applications using Angular frameworks, ensuring responsiveness and high performance.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to transform wireframes and mockups into functional, interactive user interfaces.
- Implement reusable and scalable UI components and libraries for consistency across applications.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex UI issues and provide effective solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging trends, frameworks, and technologies in UI/UX and Angular development.
- Mentor junior team members and enforce best practices in coding, design, and user experience.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility (WCAG) standards and responsive design principles.
- Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow
Qualifications
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, UI/UX Design, or related fields.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Angular development, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Proficiency in Angular 9+ and TypeScript, along with a strong understanding of RxJS and state management libraries (e.g., NgRx, Akita).
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and pre-processors like SCSS or LESS.
- Expertise in designing responsive and adaptive web applications.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles, design systems, and tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Experience with component libraries (e.g., Angular Material) and custom styling frameworks.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jasmine, Karma, or Cypress.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA roles).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (Git).
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and serverless architecture.
- Certifications in Angular or UI/UX design.
- Experience with hybrid mobile frameworks (e.g., Ionic) or Progressive Web Applications (PWAs).
